Carefully pack your home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
